2012-2013 School Year

Enrollment fee 
     - $75 (if paid by 4/15/12)
     - $100 (if paid by 6/1/12)
     - $125 (if paid after 6/1/12)

Enrollment fees hold your student’s spot at St. John and fund classroom supplies, paper supplies (bathroom), maintenance/cleaning supplies, and many other school-related expenses.

Activity Fee
     - $150 (Due by 8/1/12)

Activity fees fund individual programs including: library, curriculum, technology, online grade book and school portal, recess equipment/PE, art supplies, office supplies/communications, music/choir program, chapel supplies/Crusader Crews events, health aide/first aid supplies. Enrollment/Activity fees are separate from tuition and are non-refundable.

Tuition
     - Members of St John Church $3,800.00/per year
     - Non-members $4,200.00/per year

Tuition pays for staff salaries and benefits. First payment is due 08/01/12 and monthly thereafter through 05/01/13.   A discount of 5% will be given for any 2012-2013 tuition that is paid in full by August 1st, 2012.

Financial Assistance

Tuition assistance is available to all new students and current students.  A financial assistance request form may be obtained in the school office.  Please contact the school office for information and procedures for making application.   Notification of financial assistance awarded will be determined by July 31, 2012.

Reimbursements for Referrals 

At St John we want to show our appreciation to those families who share St John Lutheran School and the value of a Christ-based education with their friends and neighbors in the community.  That is why we will give a $400 tuition reimbursement to any family with a confirmed referral that results in a new student who enrolls in Kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2012-2013 school year.  We will also give a $100 tuition reimbursement to any family with a confirmed referral that results in a new student who enrolls in any Early Childhood program for the 2012-2013 school year.
