Christian Parent League (CPL) is comprised of all the parents here at St John Lutheran preschool, grade school K-8 and Sunday School  or affilated groups.  All families and individuals are entitled and encouraged to be involved in CPL activities and events.

What do we do?

We, as the St John Christian Parent League, strive to create a welcoming, Christian atmosphere by providing fellowship opportunities, and support for the education of all school and church families and individuals.

We hold many great events during the year that are open to all families of students and church members attending St John.  These activities often include family friendly movie nights and a school dance. We also work hard to help supplement the education experience at St John through special programming, field trips and educational materials and technology for both the students and the teachers.

How does CPL get it's Operating Funds?

CPL's primary fundraiser consists of a Spring Fair.   Special fundraising projects may be considered one or two times a year to secure funds for special projects.  CPL also promotes 'non-monetary' fund-raising programs such as Target RedCard, Box Tops, Labels for Education, Loaves4Learning, Coburns receipt points and Kemps or Land O Lakes milk caps.

When does CPL meet?

One hour meetings will be held once a month at 6:30pm in the narthex - see calendar for dates.
