Come Sing With Us!

2nd-6th graders are invited to join us at St. John Lutheran Church for our children's choir.  We are always looking for more singers!  We meet 2nd & 4th Mondays from 6:30-7:30 pm at church.   Please contact Nancy Pieper 763.441.6236 if you have any questions.  Choir begins again October 10th, 2011.  Click here for schedule.

Adult Choir

Rehearsals will be Thursdays following the Worship Team Rehearsal at 8:05pm.  Typically we will sing on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month starting in November and ending at Easter.  We need lots of singers!  For more info contact the church office 441-3646 or Patty Boushek 421-8714

The worship at St. John Lutheran Church offers a choice between a more Traditional - Liturgical worship and a worship experience that is more diverse.  The 8:00 a.m. worship service is the Traditional - Liturgical service and the 10:30 a.m. worship service is more diverse.  The only exception to this schedule is on the fifth Sunday of a month when both services are a Liturgical service with Holy Communion.  This happens only four times during the year.

The music at the 10:30 service is under the leadership of several worship teams.  These are members and non members of St. John Lutheran Church who are willing to use their talents of singing, playing instruments and leading to enhance the worship experience of the whole congregation.  We are exceptionally grateful for the talented people who lead this experience and we are always looking to expand the core of these talented people.  If you have been present at this service and wish to be a part of the leadership please do not hesitate to speak with Pastor Bill Pieper and he will connect you to a place you can serve.
